Are women emotionally stable enough to be good leaders?

Serious question,

Inspired as countries evaluate a woman as their leaders...

Some women have severe emotional and mental change due to hormonal swings. I've had more than one woman say, they wouldn't vote for a woman as President... and this a reason. I've not heard it from guys so much, but I suspect they think it... we'll find out.

Is this something you evaluate when voting/supporting for a woman for powerful roles... that some women have substantial hormonal change, monthly, that impacts their decision making and work abilities?

Those whom have not seen women's severe mood swings due to hormones may not understand how that influences their thinking and decision making abilities.

Unless you are very close to the woman, you may not be aware of PMS/PMS DD/ mood swings. But it can impact substantially... decision making (I assume women would agree with this statement).

All leaders are highly emotional, and anyone who says otherwise is biased. The only difference is that men show their emotions in a different way out of the philosophy that they aren't allowed to feel emotion at all. Which is ironic really, because it ends up causing them to make terrible emotion driven choices that harm their country's people.

Tulsi Gabbard and Candace Owens would make great leaders

but most women aren't like any I've mentioned above

actually a lot of women hate the women I've listed and will give alternates like Kamala Harris and Hilary Clinton, whom other women will hate

either way leadership isn't about gender but about certain qualities which men tend to have and are expected to have nonetheless

A woman dictator would be as emotionally unstable as all male dictators have proven to be. But in a democracy decisions are crowd sourced, so the emotional stability of the figurehead means very little.

oooo... but whose making the decision in the war room. there are different voices in the cabinet and different views... do you send in the aircraft carrier and launch a strike, or don't you? Did JFK make some tough calls on whether to call Russia's bluff?
If JFK was a hormonally off woman, might she make a decision with severe consequences?

I doubt it. I think decisions presented by strategists and advisors usually have a pretty clear best answer and are presented to make it obvious which one that is.

Only 2% of women can be emotionally stable to lead even then I wouldn't trust them to be a leader.
