Are woman to emotional to be in position of power?

I saw this girl on Gag make a similar post not to long ago about her experiences working and dealing with other females that were her mangers and how they tend to overreact and be a bit overly emotional and how that effects there work. When I think about it I’ve had majority woman as bosses ever since I started working and Ben in school I had a lot of woman for teachers as well as some guys but as both but man oh man I do recall the majority of times I had issue it was with the woman mangers or teachers and it was over the stupidest things and they always found away to spin it into the most dramatic or extremes case possible. Small example back in high school I had this English teacher her and I remember me and her at first didn’t get along at all I remember once I asked her if I could go get some water at the water fountain this is after I’d tried calling her several times to ask and she ignored me. So i went up and asked very politely at that and she said no and didn’t even look at me so I through my hands up in the air and my water bottle fell. Tell me why this lady turns red starts screaming saying I through my water bottle at her? I’m like what I didn’t throw anything and it turned into a whole back and forth. It was the stupidest thing ever. I’ve had a lot of situations like this in the workplace as well now I don’t think this means woman can’t be in positions of power but I do think some of them need to be better about not letting there emotions or personal feelings dictate their decisions. Cause throwing an empty water bottle at someone and tossing your hands up and your water bottle falling are two entirely different things.
