Hello, as the title says i really messed up during pms and it was the worst one i have ever experienced my whole life, can you please help me because originally i am not a terrible person but sometimes i tend to mess up even if it was not my intention, and this was the worst ever. I made someone block me on whatsapp because we had agreed on blocking each other if things got super bad on text and for a week and a half it felt like the world was about to end. It would be amazing if you gave me tips on how to get my relationships together, because i really feel hopeless about what i did. Thanks you!

i don't think messing up relationships and then acnowledging what you have done is called maturing, but whatever you say..
acknowledging seems okay until you realize you shouldn't have messed things up in the first place.
