Was this likely a false negative pregnancy test? Could I still be pregnant?

I'm 3.5 months postpartum. I had my first postpartum period December 6 (first day of it). It lasted the usual length and the flow was like usual.

I've only been using the pull out method to protect against pregnancy. I know a few times some sperm may have gotten inside my vagina. My boyfriend has been c*mming out the outside of my vaginal area (the vulva and labia areas). He usually wipes the top off before going back in, but he usually has pre-c*m starting when he first goes in.

I have not gotten my period yet for January. I have been a little moody and more emotional lately (I had these symptoms early in my first pregnancy and I don't get these as a usual PMS sign).

I took a pregnancy test today for the heck of it. I didn't use my first urine of the day and the pregnancy test has been in the trunk of my car since like May and it's been cold outside lately because it's now winter. It as a digital test. It came up not pregnant.

Could this be a false negative since the test was out in the cold? Could it be too early to test? Could I still be pregnant?

I never even thought about postpartum possibly messing with the test results. I have been a lot more emotional for sure and that's usually not me. I cry easier now over things I would usually not think twice about. And I've been getting annoyed more easily. I had that during my first pregnancy as one of my first signs. That and sore boobs. Now, my boobs aren't sore yet. I am getting chin acne too and I never get acne. Not bad, but they're there lol

With only using the pull out method and knowing there was most likely some pre-c*m and/or c*m getting in me, I know it could be quite possible for me to be pregnant.

You can easily get pregnant! After a child your body wants more. We get pregnant easier and more frequent then before.

Please do more then just the pull out! Condoms are worth it unless you want 3 or 4 kids...

I got pregnant even easier and quicker than we expected for the first time, so we were super happy but surprised it happened so fast and easy. We got pregnant the first cycle we truly started trying! It only took about a month and we got a positive test!

I feel like I may get pregnant a lot faster with another baby with that being said. We wouldn't mind another baby. This may be a little soon, but I know a lot of people have "Irish twins". We have discussed having another baby and my boyfriend has been asking our baby if they'd like a little brother or sister.
