I shave mine bald during the warm months and because I'm actually going bald.

I discovered I have a receding hairline. I wanted to get an idea of what women find attractive, since it's an unavoidable change.

Do you prefer letting it naturally follow the receding pattern, completely buzzing it short or shaving it (say Stanley Tucci, or Jason Statham), or actively taking measures to counteract recession (transplant).

Also, in the comments, how much does this matter to you? And I also have a beard (think Amos from The Expanse). With a bald head, do you prefer clean shaven, stubble, or decent beard (I have no plans for a long beard).

This won't affect my plans too much, but it helps with decisions between two styles I like. My plan is to basically style it accordingly while I can, and then just shave bald when I can't.

For any guys who have a receding hairline, I recommend shaving bald at least once. Then you know what you'll look like, and it makes it easier to choose balding vs shaved, or if you would want to consider corrective precedures. I had a good experience doing it myself.

I lost my hair to something called telogen effluvium. Basically my only option is to shave my head. I’m 24 myself and many people tell me I look great with no hair and that they couldn’t imagine me with it. However I’m no fool it is odd. I’m not some muscle bound dude I’m a runner build, 5’9 and very lean and skinny. The worst part for me I think is my skin is the type that is pale and simply doesn’t tan. Still my face and head shape do seem almost made for not having hair.
in the end I just want to know what the consensus is, please be honest as I understand looks matter to everyone, I myself am picky even so please give your thoughts good or bad. I appreciate your input.
