But this girl. We were so compatible on paper, chemistry was on fire and she was very very beautiful. She expressed interest in getting married to me.

Then we argue for a couple weeks and she gets this bad feeling, said I didn’t make her feel special. She spoke for like 1.5 hours about why she didn’t want to be with me.

It hurts as I loved her and thought she would never leave me as I was good to her and I am very blessed. Obviously I will try and improve myself and move on. But damn the hurt of this cuts deep as it was so sudden going from hot to cold.

Met a fan of my writing at Day 1 of 2 of the Founding Fathers of Fiction Multi-Author Event today. He told me he read the prologue and the first part of Chapter 1, in my new book which includes a church service about the story of David and Goliath, and how we too must find our stones—our faith, our hope, our courage, our unity, and our love—and use them to overcome the giants in our lives. He said he isn’t even religious nor a churchgoer—yet it still resonated with him deeply. As an author of Christian-themed urban fantasy, that meant a lot to me. 🥹 He said he’s already excited for book 3 and he hasn’t even finished book 2 yet! 😅 I suppose this means I wrote a convincing pastor as my main character. So to answer this question, yes.

I think men are loved for what they provide, and how attractive they are. Men are just not born with this intrinsic value women are where they are loved unconditionally.

Women are worshipped on the fact they are women, men are not.

Nice guys finish last after all. It’s all about what the man provides, how good looking he is, his status. Superficial things. Only then does he qualify for love.

Exactly one year ago President Trump and the Republicans passed the biggest tax cut for the middle class in history. It was called the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) and millions of Americans have seen a very significant cut in their taxes this year because of it.

It included such things as eliminating tax on all tips, elimination of tax on overtime, a permanent extension of individual tax cuts originally introduced by the 2017 middle class Tax Cuts and Jobs Act passed in President Trump's first term, child tax credits to help middle class families with children, a $6,000 deduction for middle class taxpayers over the age of 65 to help middle class seniors.

Yet EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT voted AGAINST it, so it just barely passed with only President Trump and the Republicans pushing it over the finish line.

WHY? WHY WOULD THE DEMOCRATS DO THAT?

If not to force you to turn over even more of YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY to the government and let someone else decide how it gets spent and not YOU, the person who earned it, then WHY?

On this the 250th birthday of the nation that invented freedom, I ask whether what the Democrats are doing is what FREEDOM is about? They have never seen a tax, to take even more of your money, that they didn't love. Is this what you really want?

So the question is: Who knows how to spend your own money better? YOU or THE GOVERNMENT?
