Whether on Facebook or in his/her room, would you want your significant other to get rid of them?

I'm only asking out of curiosity. I see on Facebook some of my friends will take down the old profile pictures, but others leave them up.

I personally have never put profile pictures of me with my boyfriend anyway and I keep the intimate pictures (like us kissing or hugging to myself). The others that are up, I can't imagine taking them down unless the breakup was really bad any we're no longer even Facebook friends.

Keep in mind that I still miss him and want him back. We ended our relationship peacefully.

Should I deliver his stuff to him personally? Tell him that he can come get his stuff whenever? Let one of his friends take his stuff to him? Leave his stuff outside of his door/at his job?

I've worked at a vacation spot for 3 years now and I am shocked at how many people go on vacation and cheat on their significant others. The guys I work with say that this has become a normal way of life. I just want to see, ratio wise, if they are correct or if I see it more just because of where I work. Have you ever cheated and if so how many times?

I don't get it... I love my ex-boyfriend (we broke up over 4 months ago) but we don't work as a couple & it breaks my heart because that means someone else is going to get this great guy. I really do want him to find someone that makes him happy but I don't want to watch it happen.

When we broke it off, I said goodbye. He said, "No, we'll be friends." He knows I'm not an advocate of being friends with my ex's. I told him I didn't bring that kind of baggage into our relationship and I don't plan on bringing it in to the next one. Anyway he's totally disregarded my attempts to cut him out of my life and says he refuses to disappear.

I tried to explain that it hurts me to talk to him because I still love him and I need time to get over it. He said, "that's dumb, we can still chat about a basketball game..." I feel myself giving in but think I may be doing myself a disservice.

I miss being able to call him up and tell him about my day. He was my best friend! But how do you move on if you fill that void with the person who left it?

I would really like to know people's take on how it works being friends with the ex.

Every guy I have ever dated has never said they wanted to break up or end the relationship. Each has tried to be mean or ignore me instead of just telling me. I'd really rather the guy just say, "I'm not into you," "I don't have feelings for you" or something. I think I'd probably thank the guy if he told me this! It's ok that it's not working for you. It happens that way sometimes. By making a girl wonder, worry, and not giving her closure you just make her feel foolish and thereby a little angry. I wouldn't feel anger if the person just told me straight up what they want or don't want. Please answer, why do guys avoid telling a girl when they want to end the relationship?

I'm a pretty calm person and rarely get into arguments with people, so it can't be that they think I will "make a scene" or yell at them. I've never even yelled at a boyfriend!
