PLEASE READ: ➡️➡️ I recently found out that I'm a non-responder to a deficit🤔 Y THO?? Throughout my cut, I was creating 1,000kcal+ deficits daily and somehow still gaining! I was at 1,200 calories/day. My stress levels were through the roof, I couldn't sleep, barely ate and couldn't listen to my body. It felt like my body wasn't listening to me. I didn't see loss until I increased to 2,000/day. BLESS🙌🏽 I used to thoughtlessly throw around "trust the process" because that's a thing, right? That's what people say so do it. But HOLY SHIT you guys! It's so so real. Learning to listen to my body in new ways and love it in new ways is incredible.💕Trying to prep for a figure comp and perpetually not respond positively to extreme deficits can be discouraging and I mean 'body dysmorphia on another level' discouraging. Bodybuilding is not a sport wherein you necessarily outwork anyone because the conditions can't be controlled. It's a sport wherein you must be working smarter. The universal answer is not always "eat less; workout more". Remind yourself that you are not built like anyone else!! You design yourself. I'm building myself 1g of carbs at a time. Bare thighs... considered somewhat relatively modest, and somewhat immodest at the same time. By definition bare thighs are not "modest", but in certain situations (ex: the pool, the beach, the gym, theme parks in the summer, anywhere super hot in general) bare thighs are perfectly appropriate, and more comfortable than anything else.

But bare thighs seem to be more acceptable for women than for men. Women's default shorts are thigh length, while men's default shorts are knee length. In slightly more formal but not super formal situations (parties and the such), women in mid-thigh length skirts and dresses are seen as perfectly appropriate, but men can only wear long pants and not shorts.

In general, people seem to think bare thighs on a man makes it look like "he forgot his pants." It's acceptable at the pool, but not much elsewhere.

I have notice a huge amount of men part taking in this after a manicure and pedicure lately. Ladies do you like a finish shine on men or your other? Guys do you part take or like the extra clean look? I heard real business men been doing this, it's apart of their clean cut professional image.

So I’m a guy and I am wearing Levi’s 501s. These are labelled as straight fit jeans but as I started to work out and squat more, they got really tight in the butt and thighs. I wonder if they got too tight looking, if maybe they look good. Do girls like it when guys have jeans that show off their butts?

I recently noticed some women asking if guys find stretch marks on women to be ugly, so I was wondering about the opinions on the subject of male stretch marks.

I have a lot of stretch marks mostly on my neck, torso and some on my legs. They look really weird to me, like my skin was torn apart--kinda like the ground after an earthquake :/
