Is this cliché or do girls really like stuff like this?

I'm going to tell you a few things she does that has made me get this idea,

Ok let's call this girl anon.

Anon is a family friend, she's 2 1/2 years older than me, she is nice to me when she see's me,
always talks always hugs, etc. But she's seductive to me like... i'm not going to say i don't like it... i just want to make sure i'm not over thinking it.

One day, actually on Halloween, anon came over with my sister and they were dressed as like.. zombie nurses.. They had skirts on, and coursets if thats how you spell them but anyway,

i was laying on the couch, we were watching a movie.. the whole family.. a total of 6 of us including anon, we were all set to watch the movie and anon came where i was laying on the couch, she literally bent over in my face... with her skirt... my nose was 2 inches from her butt.. and it wasn't a fast crouch.. it was a slow crouch.. my head was literally in her skirt.. and she sat down next to my and leaned on the couch... i was embarassed but i admit.. it was kinda.. hot.., i looked over at my family to see if they saw that.. they didn't seem to be paying attention..

she always comes and sits on the arm of the couch right next to my head but she's never went that far...

the 2nd reason, anon's always showing cleavage.. my mom even talked to her about it,
my mom told her that boys are going to see it and they will be creepy, but she didn't seem to care.

she always comes around me with it and one day she said she was cold and needed a blanket.. i was laying in my bed in my room.. anon and my sister came in looking for somethin she thought i took from my sisters room and anon asked if she could cuddle with me.. i would have said yes but my sister told her to come back to her room... is it just me or is she trying something on me? she's done more than this but i dont have enough detail letters left... tell me what you think

by the way im 16 and she just turned 18

This girl i'm friends with came up to me and give me a high five but didn't let my hand go. She grabbed it for like 10 seconds while we're talking. I tried to pull my hand back but she kept grabbing it.

I also noticed that she doesn't mind if i touch her. She lets me hug her and rest my arm on her shoulders and stuff like that.

Could this be a sign she's interested?

I would appreciate some helpful responses please.

Today (30/09/15) I was approached by an older woman colleague (early 50s) who asked if she could borrow my car cleaning equipment to clean her car to which I offered to do it for her. She seemed taken aback at first but soon agreed to let me do it and seemed pleased that I offered.

Later on after I had finished, she was walking past my office and spotted me and came over to thank me for doing it and asked if I had done inside the car too to which I said I had.

At that moment she then sighed (in a good relief way) and then put her arm around me as in a hug embrace and her head on my chest (we were both standing at this point) for around 3-4 seconds.

Later on she said thank you for doing my car 'my darling'.

Does this mean anything as in flirting or am I getting the wrong end of the stick? The photo is just how the hug embrace was.
