What does it mean if a guy doesn't pull his arm away?

by the way it's not some total stranger I'm talking about... it's a guy I like and sometimes I think he likes me tbh

I have never looked at any part of my body and said to myself " Oh god, how long have I been touching her for, better move it."

It's normally more like "FUCK YEA, she didn't move her arm away. . . this is a stupid test, there's no way she'll figure out it's on purpose"

Could be either. It's the same with us chicks, have you ever just not noticed how close someone was to you? I know I have if I'm doing something else or my mind is drifting. Other times it's intentional.

in situations like these it's best to imagine what you'd do if you hadn't liked that person. then apply that to him.

the most you can interpret from situations like these, is he's indifferent at worst.
