It's cute in theory but in reality... I'd be worried you might crack her window. I know most windows nowadays are pretty thick/sturdy glass but still. Even a small rock, if it hits at just the 'right' spot, can create a crack or micro-crack.

Ask her to hang out or first start talking to her more and getting to know her better wherever you see her regularly (I'll assume at school).
If you don't know her well enough to do that yet, you should definitely steer clear at throwing rocks at her windows or you'll have the police knocking on your door.
