If you add the cabbage concoction aka curtido to a quesadilla, doesn’t it taste the same as a pupusa 🫓?

AND if you DONT add the curtido to a pupusa it taste like a quesadilla?

if both made with hand made tortillas of course.
don’t compare a flour quesadilla or a store bought tortilla quesadilla to this.

I’m specifically talking about a homemade corn tortilla for the quesadilla to compare it with a pupusa 🫓

and strictly comparing cheese stuffed, not other ingredients like beans or meats etc
