After eating or when you stressed out, do you look for something sweet?
I actually lack a sweet tooth to a level that makes me wonder if there's something wrong with me. For example, my parents often recalled how, as a boy, they'd show me a dessert menu with pictures of all sorts of desserts like cakes and ice cream and I didn't want any of it. Instead I wanted things like the spicy chicken wings from the appetizer menu.
The one exception to me is gummy bears and cheesecake. I enjoy those and I think it's because they both have some protein: gelatin in the gummies and cheese in the cheesecake. Yet I don't ever have strong cravings for these and barely ever eat them (maybe once half a year or so).
My strongest craving when I'm stressed out is spicy. I think the physical pain it causes helps me to focus on that instead of whatever was stressing me out. 😅
My wife can actually now tell how stressed I am based on how spicy I make my food. I don't make the food I cook for us spicy since she likes things mild, but I'll put hot sauce or dried habanero powder into my own servings to make them spicy. Then she'll be like, "Let me try yours. KARAI! [spicy] You must be stressed out." Me: "Oh! You're right. There is something that has been bothering me today. I didn't notice!"
Yes, I could eat dark chocolate M&Ms by the 50 pound bag.
No. I do have a sweet tooth but lately, I’m so stressed out and am struggling to eat in general but sweets so incredibly unappealing
Usually yes. It tends to be ice cream of course. But other times it can be cookies.

Luckily I have pots so it keeps me away from sweets 🤷🏻♀️
Every night after dinner. I like my dessert it can be ice cream or it can be a candy bar or candy like sour patch kids
I quit eating sweets back in November. Since then had not had any pie, cake, ice cream or even a Hershey's kiss. Lost weight and am sleeping better.
Rarely, mean only when my body needs it, I avoid sugar
