If you're a man who's been in a relationship, you have most likely been misunderstood that caused an argument. Do you think it was intentional?

If you're a woman and you have done that, why do women do it?

Specifically at the gym cause I’ve heard conflicting things that women don’t like to flirt or be flirted with at the gym.


Which I rarely ever do, but sometimes I’ve witnessed a few regulars at my gym do certain things that caught my attention.


Like for example, one girl will try to find ways to do her workouts in close proximity to whatever machine or bench I’m on. And caught her glancing over at me in between her sets. I could be overthinking but yeah


Also. Do women like to flirt at the gym or no?

Asked this woman out at my gym, she said no because she has a boyfriend. We stayed gym buddies since.

Then all of a sudden a couple months later she said she was breaking up with her boyfriend and wanted to take me up on my offer. After the breakup up though things took a turn. She admitted she has interest in me, likes me, but needs time. Since then things have been hit or miss. She doesn’t really text or respond (I barely text her now), no social media interactions on my stuff but does on other people’s.

Yet when I see her in person (usually at her work, she works at that gym) she’s happy to see me, could talk to me all day and does text fit a bit after I leave but then goes silent again. She says she’s getting me a Christmas present and wants to exchange on Christmas Eve after work.

I get she probably needs time, her ex cheated on her and from what I can tell was manipulative (she hasn’t really opened up about it to me). But I guess by mind is split. Part of me is saying her actions speak louder than words (not communicating, she does say she’s horrible at texting). The other part says she just broke up with her ex and is probably trying to work through that and keep me and the situation separate.

What are your opinions?

I'm going on vacation with a large group, including girls, and we're going to be staying in a small apartment so quite cramped. I normally sleep in my boxers but my (quite conservative) mom says it would be disrespectful to do that with girls present and would make them uncomfortable. Is that true? (We're all 18/19)

Dated a girl last spring until fall, and we ended up parting ways after she had a severe mental health crisis. We agree to split, and she states that we will grow, and improve upon ourselves then in the future we may get back together when we have both grown.

She encourages me make a tinder app and meet other women to explore my tastes (I don't too busy). Fast forward to this summer, and I help rehabilitate dog. She sees the rescue dog I working with and asks to have it, and she continuously sends me texts about the dog. The entire 14 months we are separated she always asks to go for coffee, and dinner/drinks to catch up. I always come up with an excuse to avoid it.

We also sometimes have 2 hour long conversations once a week. In September she says I am her one true friend, and asks me to babysit the dog I gave her in November for a wedding across the country. No one else can. She drops it off on November 3rd, and we go to dinner where she tells me she was extremely crazy, and understands why I broke up with her, and tells me she is now receiving therapy for her mental/childhood issues. She is also on medication for PTSD due to sexual trauma.

She leaves, and while I watch the dog she engages in almost no contact with me won't answer phone, or respond to texts. On November 19 she apologizes, and admits that she had a crazy few weeks due to drama there.

Now we are talking from November 20th to now, and I feel like things are getting better, and I feel she has grown as a partner. She lets it slip that 14 months ago she made a tinder profile to sleep with a bunch of guys, and still talks on the phone with them? The she says that she was dating a man from June to November while talking to me. What?

Do I have a right to be upset? Or am I overreacting? I am so confused. Any advice please. I have never experienced such a situation. Please help

Just wondering if this would be a common action women make if they are no longer into a guy romantically

It's obvious that women do but I don't know how often because I'm not a woman. Just want some insight on what it's like being a woman everyday.

It's almost like how a girlfriend would treat a guy she really loves.

I'm wondering if woman can just be like this to hold onto him for great sex or if she wants more like a serious relationship or all his money.

I know there are some guys who'll do anything for great sex, but obviously women are different.

People love to believe, that IT workers generally make 100K annually. If that were so I'd be driving a second hand Ferrari 458 (i know, it's counter intuitive to my original point but I don't even have a drivers license).

And *SOME* "women" have ill intentions and you won't believe the lengths they'd go to get what they want.

What IT Role should I say to basically signal to those ill intended gold diggers to sod off? I work in Software Quality Assurance Test Automation.

Or does it suffice to date ladies with stable careers of their own? Like recruiters, HR, other software engineers, team leads, massage therapists, beauticians, healthcare ladies, bank ladies? And most importantly to shut the hell up about "u want me for monnies"? I know how much it scares off the GOOD AND NICE ladies if not outright insults or offends them.
