Should a woman who has children by different men be counted as Polygamous?

Once a woman has a child by a man, she is tied to that man for life. He has some obligation to maintain her as she is the mother of his kid.

If a woman has multiple children from different men, should that be counted as a legalised form of polygamy for women?

That's called "polyamorous" and is a different thing.

Also, most of these types of women tend to have a different way of thinking hence they're just called "single mothers"

She should not. Polygamy is being married to more than one person at the same time, not having children with more than one man. Using your theory, a woman who is a war widow who has a second child with a second man is polygamous. Not the case.

That clearly doesn't count sir and you know it! If the father is dead, There is no distribution of resources or the shared responsibility of rearing children. So it doesn't fit into the definition of a marriage to be counted as 1.

In my opinion, it would not constitute polygamy, because marriage had not taken place for anyone but the first husband. If your example is shown in the picture above, then that is just an example of a woman who doesn't care about her circumstances and is irresponsible about her situation, nor finds a reason to use child birth.

It does not fit the definition as the key is having more than one spouse at one time... or in same time and place. A plurality of spouses in Same Time.

I understand your position. Where I'm coming from is the fundamental purpose of marriage from a traditional standpoint, which is the rearing of children and distribution of resources.

Having a child with someone is a form of marriage, infact it's probably a stronger commitment than marriage.

If a woman has multiple father's, that's multiple forms of resource harvesting in connection to the rearing of children.
"A rose by any other name" springs to mind.
