It's often spoke by men across the internet and have garnered a lot of creative memes. Do you think the stereotype is true?
Ever watch a girl get caught cheating and just start blaming the cheated-on guy for her cheating? Yeah... blame the victim. It's like justifying a rapist because she looked like she wanted it. lolz. Blaming the victim is sleezy af and women do it too much.

Of course it is true. I don't see any women trying to get equal jail sentences as men for the same crimes.

It's been extremely true, my life experience. Men also do a lot to avoid accountability though.
People who are dumber than a genius tend to avoid acountability, both men and women.
The only reason it's thought to be more common in women, is because its rare for women to not have average intelligence, while its more common for men to be either very dumb, or very smart.
You do not see many women in programming or physics or other stem or highly complex fields in science.
Nor do you see the idiot jock types in women that often. Most women are in the middle. Most men are dumb, and the rare guy who fits in the genius catagory is going to have a very hard time finding a compatible woman, because genius women are 80% rarer than genius men, and only genius level people hold themselves accountable frequently.
Everyone else (most of the population), is so full of double standards, that they pretty much exist off of them.Stereotypes are just that - stereotypes- impressions. The term stereotype comes from the French adjective stéréotype and derives from the Greek words στερεός (stereos), "firm, solid" and τύπος (typos), impression, hence "solid impression on one or more ideas/theories." Originally a printing term for printing duplicate "impressions" on presses, it has come to more of its current meaning in the early 20th century.
They are there. I'm not fond of them. I try to find out about each individual and how they treat me, how they interact in society, etc. rather than pre-edit my thoughts about them due to stereotypes.
In a few cases, stereotypes DO seem to live up to their meaning with people of either sex, but only because the individuals upon whom that stereotype was derived do so much to make those impressions TRUE!
I think it's not a gender thing. It's a generation thing. Maybe also an algorythm thing in the manosphere. Internet tends to scew these things a lot, whatever we're watching.
Men can be very much like that as well, just not in the same way on the same issues. And maybe not as vocal about it.
But this is just a guess of mine, there's no statistics on it and even if there were, we'd need a vast, multi-layered study.
Peace, out.Of course you can't say that a stereotype is true, just the name of it being a stereotype infers that it's a belief about a group of people that is common in some but not all. It's all situational. Some women might be incredibly responsible and always take accountability for their actions, and others might be the complete opposite. Saying that all women essentially do this just couldn't be further from the truth since I've known a lot of men that don't take accountability for their actions, as well as a lot of women who don't take accountability. Ok thanks for coming to my tedtalk.
Nah.
I only have one female friend that does that. Never takes accountability for her own actions, blames everyone, and tries to claim that people "made her" so things.
We clash, but are good friends.
I know far too many men that blame others though. Mostly coworkers.
Again.
This is the problem why men and women can't understand eachother.
An entire gender does not think and act the same.
There isn't a giant brain that controls everyone of the same gender.
Just like men. There are very reasonable women, and very unreasonable women. There are women who avoid accountability and some who don't.
I think just like with men, it can be applied to a lot of us, but definitely not all of us. That topic just happens to be trending right now, so, it's been accepted as the truth. That's how I feel anyways.
ROFL. Men are far more unlikely to be accountability for their actions than women ever are. In fact in some areas and generations, they have no fucking idea what accountability is until it's shocked up their ass by Budda's fat dick in the local jail.
Eh. I'd say PEOPLE avoid accountability. Or at least they TRY to. Usually they get called out on it.
And when people say "women" in these situations they usually mean "HOT women." And yes hot women have a greater ability to avoid accountability because they have something of extreme value to offer. But the fast majority of women will get called out if they try.
It's not about women avoiding it as much as it is about them refusing to accept it. But men ain't much better.
It's a common thing for everyone, however women are not required to be accountable the way men are required.
It is yet another form of social inequality for which the woman is considered an eternal child.
People are individuals. Even if a majority fit it, it is still unfair to assume that a random one does. This is true of all stereotypes, not just this one.
There are good women out there and you should not give up if you want a humble and honest women. It might be hard but its not impossible.
Yeah a lot of women don't take accountability for the shit they do but there are still some good ones.
I don’t think all women are the same. While yes there is a percentage of women like this ir isn’t all of them.
There is men like that tooOf course. That’s why our society has run rampant with single fathers being left to raise children with little help from the mothers.
I guess there’s most women who can’t take accountability for their actions. But, I’ve seen it happened in both men and women. In other words, both genders suck!
Is water wet and made up of two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen?
Yes, it's human nature to avoid being accountable and being a woman is no different.
People feel more comfortable blaming others and situations for their short comings.
