Polls: Guy's Behavior

I have already heard what girls have to say on this matter now I want to hear what the guys have to say, so please feel free to express your views, I'm not the judgey type at all.

ok let's begin..

So a male friend at work constantly teases or picks on a female friend I work with. Whenever he sees her, he riles her up because she's kind of fiery and he seems to love getting her worked up. Whenever I or another co worker are around, he'll pull us in to join in, " see what she did now?" Kind of thing. I'll be talking to her and he has to join in, to what seems like get her attention on him. If another person is talking to her, and it's around him, he also starts in on her. I've caught him watching her and then other times it seems like he completely snubs her. He picks on us all, teases us when we screw up at work, makes fun when we talk, but no where close to as much as her. It's almost like he lights up when he sees her. I have seen him defend her though but I guess he tries to watch out for all the girls at the office.

Yes I know nails get even longer than that example but for me and I know many, that length is still beyond normal lol... and a struggle to do some normal activities... thus long-ass.

Cool designs though I don't do such nails. I'll take the design in clothes. 😊😊😊😊She chose violence. 😂

I don’t mean the dirty texts guys now send to girls. I mean the hot and heavy seduction of guys being intimidating and mysterious to girls. While grabbing us and kissing us passionately, that our only breath of air is your soul.

I have a coworker who been there for me since day 1 we have known each other for some time now this month.

I told him I like him even though he got a family. and.. he still talks to me

That the basic description I can give u.

He did say he would backaway if he ever knew
But.. if he talks to me he hasn't back away yet. In my opinion.

So desperate we will take it from the most worthless bum.
All it takes is a man to be in the vicinity.

So, I believe this to be pretty obvious, but I reconnected with someone I went to high school with. We live far away from eachother now, but I'm moving back to our hometown soon...
We text on and off all day everyday since reconnecting. Like 3 weeks ago...
Its gotten pretty flirty even steamy. (usually when one of us has been having a few drinks lol)
He's very difficult to read. Only really opens up after a few beers, but kind of seems like he acts way more interested then. I asked him once why he's difficult to get to know and he said he's just quiet. So it's an ongoing joke about him needing beers to open up.
Is that a red flag? We have chemistry but it rarely is noticeable when he isn't drinking. He's said it's kind of a shy thing but worries me. We both are adults and he certainly opens up when he's buzzed.

The funny thing is, is she rarely attracts men her age. One guy 4-5 years older (a business owner). But most are older men even 10+ years older. And usually established men (as in good careers, business owners, etc.).

She dresses professionally - ankle-length dresses, dress pants & blouses, etc. - nothing ever revealing.

She acts professionally - mannerly, no swearing, speaks intelligently, etc. - she is well educated.

She is confident in herself - by this I don't mean she's bossy or arrogant, people absolutely love her & her personality is perfect for working with people suffering from mental health issues (her career).

Does she possibly intimidate men her age? Or is it men her age are more interested in women that are "easy"?

Things were going well with this guy, until a particular day. It was a formal work event (we work at a school), and we'd agreed to attend it together and especially be with this one student whose parents usually don't show up to events. We'd talked about taking the family photo together and being there for the kid. But, when the day came, a hundred emotions and thoughts flooded over me, including this being my last day with the kids, and I didn't go to him. He'd also texted me asking where I was, and I didn't notice till later. After all the speeches, I was crying and went to the ladies room to clean up before seeing him. But when I got back, he was gone. I found him at his work desk, working. We exchanged very few words. Eventually, he went home. The other day, I dug deep into why I'd acted that way, and I figured out it links back to my childhood- my dad left. On grad day, I had this image in my head of my crush, the kid and I taking pictures together. But the kid's trashy dad showed up unexpectedly. I think this was one reason I avoided my crush- our plans to take the family photo together was destroyed. A few days ago, before I started reflecting on all this, I tried to ask him out but he said he just started seeing someone. At first I confessed my feelings via text and then tried to say goodbye, but he asked to stay friends. I said no. Later I changed my mind and apologized for being dramatic, because he's work partners with one of my mentors since high school, and I don't want my issues to affect their partnership. He said we were cool. Two nights ago, I watched a movie he would also like, so I texted him about it as an attempt to smooth things out as friends, since we used to talk about movies. He isn't replying. I don't know if I should give him space or talk to him about graduation day. All I know is we can't move forward in any direction if he's still upset. If we were to never see each other again, this wouldn't be so bad but we probably will.

guys is it true for guys that If he's only shy around you I think he likes you
