Polls: Guy's Behavior

This guy at work sometimes hides in his seat or under the table when he hears me entering the office and looks the other way. He only smiles at me when other people are around, when we are alone he is very dry and short with me but charming and relaxed with everybody else. After overhearing me complain to another coworker about him ignoring me he approached me to tell me I could always talk to him if I had any work related questions and looked at the ground the entire time as if he felt guilty. What is his problem? He is nice and sociable with pretty much anyone but with me he is very standoffish and avoidant

My husband of one year being married and a 7 years being my best friend meaning of open relationship he lives in a separate place mean. When I saw him the other day I did not feel the connection to him he barely Sat by me and I had to force a hug out of him I had to go hug him. And all he did was come over to let me tell Eve on the phone his new girlfriend because we have open relationship that he was really married so I could tell her myself and then he just left he didn't even sleep with me or tried even talk to me? Also he does not call or text me.

This guy goes out of his way to avoid me even though he is very sociable and I hardly ever approach him and we never had a fight. He is comfortable with other women in the workplace

i feel like most guys when they're friends with girls its cause they like her and want to get closer, or they just want to fuck her

also when i mean friend i dont mean a casual 'friend' that you hang out with sometimes with other people or something like that. i mean someone that you at least sometimes hang out one on one, that you talk to often and that you can say they're a friend not just lowkey one

He smiles, nervously laughs and goes bright red.

I find that men much older than me playfully tease me, I’m not sure whether it’s cos they’re attracted to me, or just see me as a friend or think I’m funny?

For instance during a team meeting at work.

I remember a while ago a man on the phone when I was ordering food told me to put mommy and daddy on the phone Lol wth?

Almost every man at work ignores me and doesn’t even look at me when walking past me and greeting me. It’s like I don’t even exist and when I talk to them they try to keep conversation short.
However when I dress a little bit more feminine everyone tries to make excuses to talk to me, one coworker always tries to flirt in front of his friends with me even though he dislikes me or thinks I’m boring.
These men are just as nice to other women regardless of their style. Does it mean these men don’t find my face pretty if I have to dress up just to be visible and treated like every other female coworker?

I went to a social gathering to network with other folks who travel solo or in group, basically to learn from each others experiences. This guy came up to me and started talking. Over the next 30 mins, he just went on and on about his job, his apartment that he owns and the three side businesses he runs. He also tried inquiring if I was interested in having kids later in my life. Basically, he was selling himself and trying to gauge if I fit in his "requirements". He happened to ask for my phone number and I gave it. I know that I have to learn to say no and I have decided what to do next time some guy asks and I'm not willing to give. Out of being polite, I just continued the conversation and at one point, I moved into a group of guys and girls to avoid talking to him one-on-one. I did notice that he was also exchanging numbers with another girl in the group. Seems like a player.

Anyways, so he texted me the time I shared my number and I didn't read those messages indicating to him that I'm not interested. He texted me again a few hours ago asking how my week is going and if I'm free for coffee on Sunday morning. I haven't opened the message to read it as it flashed on my phone screen and I was able to read it there. So, now he thinks that I haven't read his message.

I do not want to talk or meet him. Should I just ghost him? I know its not mature thing to do but I'm done being nice already.
