I went to the dentist the other day and I don't floss... And I have 3 cavities... So now I have to floss every day.

so who here actually flosses on their own free will?

I am just wondering whether the whole hype to look like a gossip girl actress physically is actually justified. Do guys seriously mind girls with a (in my opinion) normal figure like in the dove ads for example and find it repulsive? I personally find model figures repulsive, but that might be just me.

I'm doing a sort of survey...

How do you floss?

A. Before I brush my teeth.

B. After I brush my teeth.

C. Whenever I remember.

D. Pretty much never.

If in a boyfriend or girlfriend, you could only choose two of the three traits, which two would you choose? Whichever you don't choose will be the polar opposite of what is desirable:

Which trait could you live without and why?

I always find it interesting to read someone's question and then to read what they chose as the "Best Answer".

Sometimes the answers I write are pretty blunt and I even hesitate posting them because I think the person might react badly to it. Sometimes they do, but other times I'm surprised at how open people are to what I have to say and I've even been given "Best Answer" to questions where I've told people I thought they were being immature, insecure, dramatic, etc.

Other times it seems like people already have an answer in mind and ignore any answers (even really good ones) that aren't what they want to hear.

So I'm curious, when you post a question, what kind of answer are you really looking for?

I want to lose at least 25-30lbs by the new year. I'm 5foot 6 about 175lbs.

I currently do martial arts 2-3 days a week for 1 hour, and do strengthening and run 1 mile 3-4 days a week. I have a good diet ( I eat fruits/veggies/some whole grain/ water), but also do eat bad foods about once a week. (probably around 1600-1700 calories a day)

how much do you think I should add to my workout to be able to reach my goal? Or any tips for me?

Also , do you think (on my current workout) if I can reach my goal of 25-30 lbs by new years?
