hmm...define in shape? lol I stay in my healthy weight but I still have a curvy shape. I'm not going to be tiny any time this millennium. I have a bigger rounder bum than some girls which means slightly bigger thighs, wider hips, smaller waist, and for me, bigger breasts. My stomach is flat when I stand up but soft looking because I don't have rock hard abs or anything lol

Anyway I exercise regularly but nothing too crazy. I do yoga as my main thing every day. Usually twice a week I go to the gym. I don't "diet" but I lead a vegan lifestyle. That helps a lot supposedly. I also walk up the stairs at least twice a day in my building. I live on the 30th floor. This helps my big bum not get too jiggalicious. :)

I don't need to. I've been the same weight for years now and it appears just living my life is all it takes to stay in shape. Lately I've been considering exercise to get a little more muscle on my arms and shoulders though.
