I currently do martial arts 2-3 days a week for 1 hour, and do strengthening and run 1 mile 3-4 days a week. I have a good diet ( I eat fruits/veggies/some whole grain/ water), but also do eat bad foods about once a week. (probably around 1600-1700 calories a day)
how much do you think I should add to my workout to be able to reach my goal? Or any tips for me?
Also , do you think (on my current workout) if I can reach my goal of 25-30 lbs by new years?
