So something my mother always said to me when I was complaining i couldn't lose weight and that "I've tried everything" she always said "well, there were no fat people in the concentration camps" it's something she was also told by her doctor when she was a teen, and kept it as her motto and also said it to me.
I keep it as my motto to, because it's true... Ok fair enough these people were starved to death and things like this, so it's not the same as living a normal free life, but still, if it was true that it's just impossible for some people, there would of been some fat people in there to. They were all emaciated and terribly thin :(

So, basically I said this to somebody today because they were complaining that they can't lose weight no matter what they do and that they're probably just naturally fat and can't do anything about it, and she got very offended.

Now, my grandma was in a concentration camp but luckily served her "sentence" and was released, and my grandfather was a prisoner of war but escaped, so i am not just trying to be an insensitive prick, I'm just saying the truth.

If somebody said this to you, would you be very offended? Shall I be more careful with my words?

And I posted this in health and fitness because im talking about mental health :p

*Unimportant rambling ahead*

In my opinion yes and no.
No, because I have yet to find concrete proof that sugar is that addictive. Also, I have seen seen go to rehab for coke, I have not seen people go to rehab for coca-cola.
However, yes because I have seen easily chug down a gallon of soda within hour far easier than a gallon of water in a day.

How much do you eat in a day? Are you a girl or guy? How tall? Are you overweight, underweight, average?
