How many times do you eat in a day?

Question

I don't get hungry often. I usually eat two times and I feel ok. I also heard from many people, 3 times is better. So what do you think?

I eat when I'm hungry. I try to do the 6 times a day thing. I usually have oatmeal, cereal, or a granola bar for breakfast. Then lunch is usually a salad with grilled chicken, and dinner is usually broiled chicken breast with rice and vegetables of some kind. In between I usually snack on trail mix, nuts, baby carrots, or fruit, usually bananas or oranges. That's when I'm eating very well. Unfortunately my job has me driving all over the place, which either can make it hard to find a place for a salad on the go or provides the temptation of a local food item I can't get at home. New Haven, Connecticut is a test of will every week, to see if I can avoid going to one of their famous pizzerias, haha. 2 out of 3 times I resist, but I break down sometimes, haha.

Probably like six times. LOL. But littler portions of nutrient dense foods. And lots of oranges.

Depends on how big the meals are, and how late I sleep in, lol. Sometimes i'll eat 3-4 times a day but they're just snack sized meals. However, whenever I sleep a long time and wake up late in the day due to working all night the previous night, i'll just eat one time. When I eat late in the day, I stay full the rest of the time til I go to bed.

Its better to eat 4 to 5 times a day, but small portions, since the nutritions are better absorbed. E. g. excess proteins are just removed from the body, so eating 50 g of meat or 400 g of meat in one meal won't make a big difference, except for an overloaded stomach.

For full meals, 2-3 times. Sometimes I skip breakfast or lunch. On rare occasions, I might make a small sandwich before dinner if I had a long day and didn't eat much at lunch. And on even more rare occasions, I might only eat dinner.

I don't have breakfast. Some days I have both lunch and dinner or sometimes I just have one and skip the other, and then a snack sometime during the day. I'm a small eater and this probably isn't healthy but I find that if I eat more then that I get way too full and my stomach hurts

You're supposed to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, but also have snacks every two hours. Do not eat 2 hours before going to bed tho. It's not good for the body.
