So yea for me its 4-5
How many meals do you eat in a day?
So yea for me its 4-5
2 or 1. My sleep is all over the place so my eating times are never regular, but I just kinda go ah it's been 12 hours time to eat again lol.
I have snacks and that but food I just think haven't eat in a damn while better go do that. I don't really get hungry or more like always am so I just ignore it. Which according to science ain't a bad thing, science shows it can be negative to eat everytime your hungry and can just make you more so. I mean it also includes snacks in that but I want my snacks.
Also I drink a lot of caffine, whether energy drinks or coffee they help been less hungry. I am slightly below average weight so perhaps I could eat more but I eat unhealthy so I don't see how that would help apart from going the other way lol.
Typically 4. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and 4th meal because I usually want to stay up late. I try to eat about 2300 to 2400 calories a day. But I've had to dial that back as I haven't been as active as I once was the last couple years. The frequency is hard for me. I know it's better to eat many smaller meals but I hate stopping whatever i'm doing and eating. If I had my way I'd eat just 1 big meal and then not eat again all day. But that's not a healthy way to live.
I struggle with feeling under and I can't eat big meals.
When I'm doing good, I'll eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack.
Sometimes I fluctuate with none to about one - how often I eat on work days depends on how hectic it is. (And the food)
On work weekdays, a snack in the morning, something for lunch and then dinner. If not working then just lunch and dinner. On weekends, lunch and dinner.

I tend to eat 2-3. But only because I've gotten so used to fasting. I really should eat around 4 or more little meals though since I have digestion issues.
I eat 2 meals and a snack each day. I never feel hungry for a breakfast, so I skip that and just wait until my stomach says it's hungry for lunch.
Breakfast somewhere between 6 and 7, a salad and apple lunch around noon and we have dinner 6pm and generally that is it for the day.
usually, four times... at least three
the more times I eat, and the smaller portions are... the better for me
If I'm trying to gain weight and put on mass as many as possible. But generally just lunch and dinner.
1 meal a day. I wish I could eat more than that but my daughter honestly won't let me put her down to eat. If I dare try and cook anything. It's frustrating
In a typical day, 3 meals.
Usually just lunch and dinner, and only a cup of coffee for breakfast.
Two or three, but it depends on how busy I am throughout the day.
2 is generally all the meals I have time for. On the weekends I seem to overload to make up for it.
I'm a truck driver. At work if I get hungry I pull over someplace where I can. That is mostly truck stops and i snack on whatever they have but mostly I push through to get done faster.
So to put that in perspective. This past week I ate a half of a ham which was partly made in to a brimming Dutch oven full of pea soup. Two loaves of bread two tubs of cottage cheese and pineapple and 2 dozen eggs. Also 1 lb of spinach a couple lemons, asparagus, a bunch of bananas and a 5 lb bag of frozen strawberries.
3 I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and sometimes I have snacks in-between meals
Two snacks early afternoon and then one meal at night
I aim for three with a few snacks in between.
Typically 3-4: one around noon, one around 5pm, one around midnight, and sometimes one around 8am
1 or 2, I have the metabolic rate of a sloth
2 sometimes 3 depending on how early my day starts. It does vary.
2/3 big meals and some snacks in between
1 meal and a few small snacks
Breakfast.
Lunch.
Dinner.
wow i'm lucky if i get 2 meals in lol
