I eat 1 or 2/day... way too little lol. I barely feel hunger😅 esspecially when its so warm during summer but overall too. For some reason my throat start hurting and I sneeze when I need to eat.. before I feel hunger smh😂.. don't ask why.. I dont know👀😣

I try to eat frequent and small. Like every 6 hrs. But it's my natural inclination to want to eat a big meal and then keep busy. If I had my way i' naturally eat 1 big meal a day and then maybe a couple snacks.
Because when I wake up in the morning I don't want to eat much cause I just woke up. By lunchtime I'm fully awake an immersed in my work and don't want to stop. So I don't feel like I can fully relax till dinnertime and then I'm famished and I want to have a big meal. And because I ate so much I won't really be hungry for the rest of the night.
But as I said I know this natural inclination is bad for me. So I do my best to fight it.

I sometimes eat once a day, sometimes I don't eat for a couple or three days.
It's rare for me to eat twice a day.
I was eating a lot cause I was stressed about moving and I gained 2 kg, I am 49 kg now. Now I am only eating one meal so I can fit in the dress next week. I still have that dress big lol, I will need to adjust the waist to my size
Breakfast... Fruit juice, cereal, toast or pan au chocolat, tea.
Lunch... Sandwiches or rolls and fresh fruit, flavoured mineral water.
Dinner... Full cooked evening meal, water or occasional wine.

Certainly never , ever 3 meals , that's a completely ludicrous concept that originated though commercial entities , I practice intermittent fasting , and low/no processed carbohydrate diet , sometimes 20/ 4 , sometimes 18/6 , and in that eating window I will consume a lot of good stuff , ZERO processed ( virtually ) , limited dairy , ZERO fast food , and the goal ZERO processed carbs ( unprocessed are fine , tomato , broccoli etc, its a complete lifestyle , ohh and of course worst of lot Sugar ! No no no , I weigh 68 kg.

Well I fast every other day on ALTERNATE-DAY-FASTING. Water Fasting.
So I get to eat whatever as much as I want. I’ll go to the Buffet or stuff my face all day long. And still loose weight or maintain my weight. 🤷🏻♀️
