Depends on whether or not I'm bulking.
If I'm bulking I eat 3 large meals and 2 small meals often snack in between.
If I'm not bulking I just eat 3 regular sized meals.
I try to have three but if I miss breakfast on days where I sleep in it ends up being two.
3 cause I’m a fatty. If I work from home 2 but can’t get away with that at work

3 or more, gratefully. I enjoy food, so I like my foods and my snacks, but definitely 3 proper meals a day or I mix it up with variety. I couldn't just live off fruits and veggies, but I don't have a three course meal every day either. I just listen to my mind and my body, on the daily 🙃😋🙃😋😈☮️
