I eat 5-7 meals a day, bodybuilder style. Smaller portion each meal to keep metabolism up, high protein, moderate carbs when cutting or high carbs when bulking.
My body just was not made for 3 meals a day lol, roller coaster state of being full-and-then-starving.
I eat six to seven. 4 protein meals and other 3 with fruits or vegetables. Carbohydrates included with protein meals :)
I'd say about three :) I'm even eating one now as we speak!

I try to have 5 small meals a day but its not always possible so usually 3
breakfast and dinner only for most of the week and then there's one or two days where I eat 3 meals a day
I don't know to be honest... I eat whenever I feel like it.
I eat what I want when I want to. I don't have set 'meals'.
It was one but now it will be 2-3 since I'm done with highschool.
When there's school, 3 meals. When there's no school, 2. :-/
Usually four. Breakfast, lunch, not-home-before-7PM-but-that's-another-hour-and-a-half thing, and dinner.
For me two but for girls it is based on how many boyfriend she has if she has 4 ten she will get 4.
