I have started having 3 good meals a day. With some fruit like an Apple etc between meals as a snack and plenty of water. I try to save any treats/junk food to the weekend and have the weekdays with healthy eating.
Breakfast: I had HiBran Weetabix, with a strawberry Fresh and Fruity yogurt.
Lunch: Not sure what I will have yet but it will be something healthy. Yesterday for lunch I had brown rice, tuna and cashew nuts.
Dinner: I am not sure what I will be having either but an example of the dinner I like to have is what I had on Monday night. Small amount of potato, a portion of meat and half a plate of veggies.
Eating like this combined with plenty of water and me doing 2 often 3 decent poops a day really makes me feel great.00 Reply

+1 yI'd say I have like two legit meals, but I try to eat something every two or three hours around those. I usually have oatmeal or a granola bar for breakfast, then a protein shake a little later, then I try to eat a grilled chicken salad most days for lunch, maybe a piece of fruit later and/or some almonds, protein shake immediately after the gym, and then most nights I have broiled chicken breast, rice, and vegetables for dinner and just vary the seasonings each night.

'Cause the way you word the choices makes me think that I don't eat any meals a day.
I eat a yogurt for breakfast - probably not a meal by your standards,
I eat a protein bar for lunch - again, probably not a meal.
I eat a pbj when I get home from the gym - maybe a meal, but probably not.
I eat either a second pbj or two fried eggs an hour or two after gym - again, probably not a meal?

+1 yThere is no option for ONE... I eat one large meal and if I remember i'll eat again. I'm really awful at feeding myself since the divorce. I am no longer required to cook these large meals anymore. I feed my baby a little something. I typically eat my one meal.. Maybr some cookies, fruit and im good.

I just time you meals so that you eat around every 3 hours also just a question what brand protein bars do u use? Hope u check the labels man cause a lot of "protein bars" these days are not actually that good for u, way too much sugar in em
