I will admit...i LOVE drinking alcohol. :)

When it comes to you drinking, what type of alcohol drink do you usually prefer?

Cheese (and dairy in general) is one of those controversial foods.

Some sources say that it's good to eat, others say that cheese has more cons than pros.

I'm going back and forth over whether or not to run track in the spring. I ran cross country in high school and loved it. I ran my first semester in college and didn't like it too much for various reasons. Either way, I still run every day on my own.

Part of the reason why I loved it in high school was because it was such a large team (100 people). If you didn't get along with some people, you hung out with others and you were always seeing teammates around school. It was the camaraderie factor. But in college, there's only 15 or so people, and you have to get along with everyone (which I don't) and go on long trips with them.

In addition, I don't get along well with one of my coaches. In high school, my coaches were reasonable and had the attitude of "just do your best." And it worked. We were consistently top 5 in the state. But in college, one of my coaches is really hardcore. He says things like "your best isn't good enough" and "I want 150%" and he's somewhat of a jerk. It makes the whole thing feel stressful. It's not that I don't take it seriously, I do take track and xc seriously. I just primarily do it for the social reason. I kinda need something to do in college because I'm having a hard time making friends, yet I'm torn as to whether or not to run track. Plus, my college doesn't have many activities and clubs since it's a community college. What do you think?

Just curious about how people on GaG like their beef.

One of my personal preferences with food is "beef over chicken", and since I was marinating stew beef for dinner tomorrow lol...this ? popped into my head.

OK so I've visibly gained a lot of body fat, yet the scale says I've only gone up 4 pounds.

Is it due to all the sugary foods I've been eating? I can't stop over eating for some reason :(

Weird ?, but allow me to explain.

We know certain words have negative or positive connotations.

Do you think that to most people the word "exercise" or the word "workout" have a negative connotation, compared to a word choice such as "activity"?
