How do you like your beef?

Just curious about how people on GaG like their beef.

One of my personal preferences with food is "beef over chicken", and since I was marinating stew beef for dinner tomorrow lol...this ? popped into my head.

I'm usually right in between medium and medium-well... I'm more of a medium guy tho, especially for steaks, medium-well usually for burgers. Sometimes it depends on where you go too, some places cook their meats a little differently.

I really like the different Asian ways of preparing beef. There's a china town sort of close to me and I always order things with beef in them. Last time I got the fried rice noodle with beef. It was so good! Now I'm hungry :(

i'd have to say med... I used to love well done then I had a med. and found how flavorful and juicy it was.. never going back to well.. plus health benefits say go with med. anyways.
