Its funny when I bring up eating sushi to someone. And what do they always say "Nasty, raw fish", but they never tried it lol.

I don't understand the American fascination with Sushi. It's raw fish. Plus, you usually pay hefty amounts of money for it. You're paying people more, NOT to cook your food. Logic fail?

And before you ask, I lived two years in japan, so I know my sushi.

I like two kinds of sushi- Crazy Rolls (I don't know if the have those everywhere or just the place I like to go) and Sweet Potato Rolls. Soooo delicious.

The softness of salmons, the crunchiness of soft crabs, that tenderness of unagi! The awesome sensation when you combine wasabi and the salty sauce.. dang you make me crave some sushi right now..

Love it! Raw salmon, raw tuna, can't get enough. I wish it was available in supermarkets but its not :(
