Do you like Sushi?

My brother from another mother. Have you tried the Godzilla roll?
i haven't. whats in that one?
Panko shrimp, crab salad, cream cheese i/o with masago, sesame seeds topped with avocado and your choice of tuna or eel and eel sauce
hmm looks similar to the hawaiian ones i get.
Why should I pay if they’re not gonna cook?

Love it!
Me too!! :)
I don't know if there is enough quality fish that can be served raw anymore. It was a Japanese artform and a profound responsibility of the chef to produce quality food. In Japan you need a license to be a chef. In the US you need a license to cut hair.
You do still need a license to open a sushi restaurant
“To own a sushi shop, you will be required to have more licenses and permits than a typical business. This is because you’ll be serving a raw seafood menu.
You’ll need general business licenses, an Employer ID Number from the IRS, and worker’s compensation insurance through your state. These are required for all businesses.
You will also need to obtain food-specific permits such as a food handler’s license, register with the Department of Health, and will be required to have beer and liquor licenses if you plan to serve those items. Research the requirements for your state to make sure you are properly licensed-up before opening your doors.”

Love it! It’s super nice and actually easy to make at home. Just figure out what you like and buy ingredients at your local supermarket. Then you can save money.
I think cooking fish takes away all of it's flavour. Also, the texture is a lot better.
Absolutely! there is nothing like authentic sushi! When I traveled to Japan years ago, I could go and eat out for two U. S. D. a plate and get so much sushi! Loved Japan and their food! couldn't get enough when I was there and still can't get enough being back in the states!
Love it but I don't make it that often. Ironically one of our national dishes is laverbread which is the same seaweed you make nori with mixed with cockles. It's seen as an unfashionable food for old people by the young who eat the same thing in sushi form.
I actually want to create my own sushi meal someday I been watching videos on how to make sushi.
I LOVE it! One of my go-to choices. I also really love sashimi because it is a no-carb option high in lean protein. Yum!
I tend to crave sushi when I’m not eating enough healthy fats in my diet so I eat pistachios to curb my sushi craving, I love sushi but my family does not want me to eat it during the CoVid pandemic, we do not eat raw food during CoVid.
@Cherry234 there are a lot of Japanese foods, my friend used to eat at sushi buffets with me when she was pregnant, she avoided the raw fish and had other foods instead like chicken satay, surf clams, sea weed etc…
Sure. My thing about sushi is that if I'm gonna eat sushi, I'm gonna spend a lot of money because I only like high quality sushi. My husband would eat sushi all day every day regardless of its quality but not me lol
Yeah I like it.
By chance I’m booking in here for later in the month.

They do great Sushi and Sashimi
I've tried a sushi roll once, but I spit it out. 😂 I didn't like the texture.
sad :(
I do like SueShe. She has always been kind to me.
i seee what you did there ;)
@Still-alive
Sorry. I misread. Yes, I like that too.
🤣🤣🤣 seriously on a roll today!
@SecretsofKB
Indeed. Let us see if it carries over.
I’ve never tasted it and don’t want to. Eating raw meat seems unsanitary to me.
I love sushi! Salmon Mayo roll, I always eat and order in Saibachi, California Maki at other Japanese restaurants and kani at home raw fish. <3 :)
Love sushi. I had some last night. The more raw the better. If only blue tin tuna wasn’t so damn expensive.
humans like sushi, yes. and tacos and pizza. if you dont you're not human.
Oh shit shoulda kept this under the radar from the lizard people! O. O
I love sashimi and nigiri sushi. I make it at home a lot. I have a freezer full of bluefin tuna and toro from a recent fishing trip that I have been stuffing myself with.
I'm now in the mood for Tuna Sashimi, Unagi Donburi & Uni.
I hate sushi. I don't see what's the point of eating raw fish.
One of the last types of restaurants I can go to without autoimmune issues so yup, I love it
