you might need to just stick to it longer. belly fat can be really stubborn and when it comes to stubborn belly fat, the tummy will hold onto it for as long as it possibly can until it can't... Health & Fitness

Will I get toned and muscular from doing jujitsu?

you'll develop muscle strength where there is resistance during your sparring and such. but that's about it. basically you'll build the muscles you need to be better at BJJ. Health & Fitness

i would still recommend trying to lose weight the natural route. properly maintained diet that fits your needs and daily exercise. you will see huge results in the beginning. Health & Fitness

well a lot of it has to do with genetics but its not impossible. the cheat meal once a month is fine, but holy shit d00d once a month? I would die hahaa. I do mine once a week. but anwyays more... Health & Fitness

Who has more lower back pain, men or women?

im gonna say men, just because a lot of guys I know ride bikes and lift heavy weights and sometimes they go extreme and strain their lower back lol. Health & Fitness

nah im pretty used to my routine. I go 5-6 days a week. does it stress you out because you think you will get fat if you miss a workout? because that is totally not the case. Health & Fitness
