But I've been working my ass off for 2 months now and I know it's a long road ahead. But I go to the gym at least 4 times a week go to Zumba twice a week and a swim 3 times a week.
I do cardio and strength training. I've definitely increased in strength but I've noticed that my stomach seems to be getting worse instead of better. I've never been a fan of my stomach but now it feels more jiggly and droopier than when I started working out.
Is this normal? How can I fix this?
I'm not asking how to lose stomach fat. I got to work and push and stick with it. I know that part.
I'm just wondering why would my stomach get (hard to explain so just going to say best words I can to describe it.) droopier, looser, jigglier. It's not bigger just completely changed from how it was before I work out. Same size but when I did nothing it was "tighter" if I hit it it would jiggle but now it does the wave that seems to never end.
