

My body looks weird I have skinny arms and legs but huge bloated belly pooch. Big shoulder chest area and back. I’m trying to workout my legs since 2 days. But I want whole body thick and my body looks in proportional right now. Is it because I need to eat only chciken and rice daily that’s it? And protien shakes? Zero fatty foods?
I eat tamales, pasta, rice, chciken, cereal, eggs, breadsticks, banana, avacado, tacos, burritos, sushi, yogurt, desert, fish tacos, pizza.
