I used to have skinny shoulders now they are big. My body is sexier when it comes to booty chest and shoulders. My back is so much wider. People say I look like a wrestler.
But my body fat is 35%. my weight is 64kg. height 160cm. which is bad. how i have so much muscles and so much fat at the same time?
My eating habits are not strict but healthy.
I get tired a lot for nothing.
i train 6 days a week.
