I am a diagnosed epilepsy and one time when I regained consciousness after having a seizure a person told me I kept making strange noises before I went into having a seizure.
I lost generally don’t remember much after around the time I have seizures. I don’t remember what sounds I may have been making but I just found it offensive hearing them saying to me I was making strange sounds about having an illness I can’t control.
That depends on the reason. But if it was as dustbiker2 said, the person should have been clear. Therefore I don't think they were trying to help.
On another note. Although the following study was small scale, that is often the case when it comes to natural substances that cannot be patented. Have you seen the following before? It is titled 'Efficacy of supplemental MCT oil on seizure reduction of adult drug-resistant epilepsy - a single-center open-label pilot study '
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35470782/
When I supplement with MCT oil, I notice significant improvement in my brain all day and energy levels.

I dont think they meant any offense but i can understand why you would feel offended.
It could be they were trying to give you an idea of the warning signs before it started? It's hard to say without being there. I have a hard time thinking someone would say that to mock you. How cruel would that be..
I think they were just letting you know for your own information. Like maybe something you could ask your doctor about.
Don't take it in a bad way. They probably just thought you'd want the information.

They're probably not aware of what happens when someone has an epileptic fit.
I agree, their was no reason to mention that.
