I am 5 10 and i weigh 190 lbs but my belly is too big for my height i think why is that?
What’s your lifetime average of activity? Over your lifetime, how many periods of prolonged inactivity or vigorous activity do you have? If inactive for long, you will have more problems with bones, tendons, nerves - realize this.
tips: run, then when it hurts run harder, then when you throw up or collapse drink some water, take a cold shower wash yourself really good, feet to hair, drink tea or something to trick your mind into relax mode, like it’s your fucking movie
On exercises: sit-ups on decline bench, leg lifts are really good, squats are good too if you have good back squatting weight is really good for your bones and can beat thing to help you lay mad pipe

It's a sign of low testosterone, which causes you to carry most of your fat on your stomach. You need to lift weights and adjust your diet.
Maybe you just store most of your weight in your stomach.

You need to stop eating junk, do cardio and lift weights. At 5’10 your weight should be around 170 pounds.
Time to hit the gym. Not sure why anyone would want to see your belly though. 🤔
