During the holidays I wasn’t able to stick to my regular diet nor workout, yet my stomach wasn’t as bloated as it is now. It was actually much flatter. It’s been a little over a week since I started back my intermittent fasting, diet (Low Glycemic foods and high protein) and workouts. Now my stomach particular seems to look even more bloated, especially in the morning which isn’t common for me. Is there any way I can minimise this bloating? Thank you 😊

You MAY have IBS, Irritable bowel syndrome, a common problem. Consult your doctor.

Hi, thanks for reply 😊 I’m not pregnant and there’s a 0% chance of this. I do have polycystic ovarian syndrome though, but I haven’t experienced bloating like this before.
I appreciate your kindness! My only suggestion is changing up your diet and exercise regimen. There are far more qualified experts not here that would be of better help.
