Most incels are all talk, and all internet talk at that. Don’t leave the house and probably autistic so avoid human reaction, but complain about women on the internet and double standards any chance they get.
I wouldn’t even use the term alpha male for them, more like hyper masculine. They’re the ones who put their hands on women when their ego is bruised. Hyper masculine men operate in real life instead of the internet so it can definitely make them more toxic. They’re the ones killing their partners over leaving them. Most incels can’t even get a date and besides the big mass murder cases done by incels, they aren’t much of a threat.

There is no such thing as an “alpha male” in human society, at least not in the way people use it. Alpha characteristics were bred out when humans learned the benefits of cooperation and living in communities larger than just immediate family. The anomalies that we have are almost always marginalized to prison or they die young, if they can’t figure out how to assimilate. “Alpha” traits aren’t what most people think, and using the term wildly incorrectly just confirms for the rest of us how dumb the people using it really are.
“Incel” too, is a fairly pragmatic term. Involuntary celibacy happens to everyone at one point, or many. Sure it sucks, but it definitely doesn’t make someone them dregs of society.
The most toxic people are the ones who make up words or misuse existing words to make themselves feel better, mostly by trying to make others feel worse about themselves. They’re called bullies.

Alphas are the loudest in the pack, pun intended. When you have the loudest voice and present all the "answers", you create a huge effect on society. No man strives to be an incel, it is something that happens to them. Alphas are toxic because they're viewed as something to emulate, causing more men to try becoming them, and making a more toxic environment for us all

I've encountered people of both types but personally I feel the words are more cliche now. People are called an incel as an insult or people proclaim themselves to be alphas while being incels. I would be called an idiot but I personally feel it's not a BAD thing to be more focused about your life without getting distracted into temporary pleasures. In the sense many "alphas" would give in if offered sex and that's what it really isn't. Well the word's lost its meaning and there's no return to it, and I wouldn't be taken seriously if I spoke or wrote a book about it anyway.
