The body doesn't defy physics, it's simple input vs output and not all calories are created equal. There are plenty of calorie counting apps you can try out, like MyFitnessPal, that also give you the nutrition count for food after you input it. This way it can be used not only to make sure you're eating within the right calorie range for your sex, age, height and current weight (not always a healthy option if the wrong food is being eaten), but also to make sure you're getting enough nutrients every day.
I am sorry but 3 miles is not a lot for weight loss, I would increase your exercise (unless that is going to make you want to eat more, because you can't outrun your mouth) & I would also recommend you go to a vegan diet, it soo much easier to be healthy on it. But no I don't think your belly is just gonna turn girls away from you, your good and you have a nice face.
Don't know try curl-ups instead. Or if not try asking a doctor.
Your diet is off. Weight training in my opinion is way better than cardio, since you gain muscle, increase your metabolism, just look sexier in general. Cardio is just in the moment calorie burning then when you stop, that's it. Count your macros and get a estimate of how many calories you burn a day, then adjust your diet to whatever that it and your goals.
you're aging. you're metabolism is getting slower. To burn fat you need to exercise more than you used to.
It's a common thing with age metabolism reduces & it gets harder and harder to lose fat.
Change your diet.
Cut out sugar or any sugary stuff, if you can't cut out sugar at least reduce the amount of sugar you consume.

There could obvious be a lot of things wrong but obviously what you're doing now is not working. You could keep running all the time if you want but I would focus on that ab area. Who knows you might have some muscle hiding under that fat.
Your older now that you were so it won't be as easy as when you were younger. I would consider maybe talking with a health coach or something.
Could be fatty liver disease mate. You might have a lot of toxins in your liver and the fat can't be processed so it's stored. Get to a Dr and find out. It can lead to cirhossis and that's a death sentence or at least a lifetime on dialysis. Sort it
probably too many calories and at 32 your metabolism is probably slowing down significantly from when you were younger
You need to eat less. You can run a marathon every day and still gain weight if you consume a lot of calories.
No bro, u are average. Eat whatever u want after u reach ur target by following diet and cardio.
