I never thought I would get so fat, I don't know how to start losing it. My belly is starting to really feel heavy in front of me when I'm standing, luckily I have an office job, where I'm sitting so my thighs can support my belly fat. I don't know how to even start exercising im so unfit.

How's your diet? You could start with that first.
Take out a bunch of sugar foods and try not to eat until you're full, but just satisfied instead.
Start small with this and work up to more things. Don't do everything at once or you'll just lead yourself to disappointment if you feel you can't keep it up for long.
Once you change some things in your diet start with walking more then increase that over time too.
They key is to not overwhelm yourself.

How far are you from you job? I've walked an hour to get to work often.
Talk to a trainer for advice, and try different exercises to see if one feels better for you. You can also join exercise classes.
