What should I do show them the proof first then ask or ask them and then show proof or try to work it out?

I've been working for this company as a Medical Transcriptionist for 6 months now. I do my job well and kick ass on what I do. I actually love what I do.

Problem is, since I started I've seen so many people get hired for other departments but others that have been there for a while get fired shortly after. I get really bad anxiety as I've been seeing this for months. My company is an at will company but they still have the verbal, written, etc. warnings. However, I don't see them implementing those and just fire people on the spot (a few ex coworkers told me this). So I feel uneasy and I don't decorate my desk because I'm scared I'm going to get fired for no reason at all. I have my own apartment and bills to pay. So I can't afford to get fired. The "most" trouble I've been in was talking too much? I exceeded my documentation quota and am still productive, but my manager still sent me and two other coworkers a message about talking too much but no disciplinary action was taken. We also, don't have a Union if that matters.

Should I shrug it off? Look for a more secure job? Or something else?

When I asked my brother who is 21, about him not liking me accepting my boyfriend's video call in front of him and his one college friend, he said that I should not have done that as his friend will spread it in his college that his sister has a boyfriend.

But also, when my brother was in a relationship at age 20, he used to openly video call in front of his friends, parents and me too, so when i asked him that why he did not mind accepting her GFs video call, he told me that, her dad has xxx properties and xxx homes (technically his girlfriend and his family was richer than bro and our family) - I got negative vibes from my brother as I love my boyfriend and I got no reason to hide it from anyone.

I also did not feel that I did anything wrong by accepting video call of his in front of my brother and his friend. (I am 25 and my boyfriend is 30)

My boyfriend (we are in a serous relationship) is of good family, but his origin is different state, and he is also a middle class and not as rich as us. My father likes him. My mom suggested me to find someone richer, but I said that I will never break my boyfriend's heart.

Try to keep it realistic. Not how you think you should respond or how you wish you would respond but how you really would respond. And of course not everyone is going to think being asked to see a movie “means” anything so even if you’re not into me you can still say yes. But many people will see it as a date proposition and feel the need to deal with it accordingly, so how do you respond?

Im not trying to gauge Anyones feelings i am interested in how people handle friendly potential romantic interest, when they are not the ones interested.

So I met my best friend a little over a year and a half ago. We both work at the same place and hang out outside of work and go to the same college (we were basically roommates). I was originally “in love” with another guy whenever we started hanging out, and he helped show me that he was toxic for me. After that, I was able to get over that guy and focus on myself. Doing that, I realized that I actually had feelings for my best friend. I thought it was nothing at first, but throughout our friendship, those feelings have grown a lot stronger.
We both love Star Wars and Marvel. He makes sure I know that I am invited to different events that he is going to and tries to include me in everything. We go on late night drives (just the two of us) and listen to music or talk if either of us are upset or overwhelmed. People always know that he rides shotgun in my car because he designated himself as my co-pilot. I have had a few people ask me if we were dating because of how we act with each other.
The reason I haven’t told him yet is because he has a girlfriend. This hasn’t been a long-term girlfriend, but it’s been going well for them so far. He’s fallen for both of my best friends in the past and I’ve always been there to give him advice about any of the girls he was thinking about dating. Currently, his girlfriend and him are doing well (other than one night that they got in a fight and he ended up crying and talking to me about it).
I’ve had the overwhelming urge to tell him lately because my feelings are growing so strong and it hurts me a lot of the time. He’s also been teasing me a lot lately (jokingly) and is always cracking inside jokes with me which hasn’t helped. His girlfriend is so great and I love her. I’m just scared that I’m gonna go insane if I don’t tell him. I also don’t want to lose him as a friend because I don’t think I’ll be able to handle it. People keep telling me to let it run it’s course and I’ll get over it, but I haven’t.
