We’ve been together for six months and he hooked up with another girl. He wasn’t trying to hide it either. He told others he hooked up with her. Since he didn’t break up with me and given that homecoming’s around the corner. Do you think he wants to ask her?

It sounds like he doesn't have any respect for you. A guy will cheat, but he'll hide this from a girl he cares about/ respects. Literally using different names, going out of state, etc. and denying it to his dying breath.

The fact that he doesn't care if you find out just shows he's not that attached to you, but if he's still technically dating you he probably was planning on taking you to homecoming.

If you go your future mistreatment will be your choice.
