I'm a hot head, But hear me out please,
I had an unstable and abusive upbringing, so that's why I'm a hot headed woman. I'm not violent, I used to be when I was a child but I went to therapy and got exposed to a more peaceful environment as I grew to became a teenager and a young adult so I do not throw things, hit people or become physically abusive in any way.

But I do get upset easily and I raise my voice if I get provoked and defend myself verbally. The reason why I yell when I'm provoked is because it's a way to avoid crying instead, I cover up hurt and sadness through anger, because otherwise I would instead break down and cry in front of people who provoke me or hurt me and I no longer want to do that anymore because I have noticed that when I do cry in situations like that I get taken advantage of, laughed at and I never get taken seriously at all.

But it's a deep rooted habit now, if I find myself in heated debates, disagreements or if I'm hurt by someone verbally I usually express anger and I raise my voice and verbally defend myself. Then I storm off angrily to cry about the situation in secret, I calm down very quickly and then feel absolutely terrible afterwards. Then I come to my senses and then I do my absolute best to resolve things fairly and reasonably, I mean well overall, I am not a hater and I never ever want to hurt anyone in any way. Now I think I'm going to end up alone and single because I'm hot headed woman... So would you get into a relationship with a hot headed woman, like me or no?

In other words, the employee hardly shows up to work because of personal matters

Cause here’s what happened for me to post this question. I found 2 driving instructors in my local area. Which surprised me since I live in the middle of nowhere. That I called the woman instructor first. But got a voice message that she’s not taking any students. Then I called the male instructor and he explained to me he’s in a different town and to call the female instructor. I told him I already did and got a message she’s no longer taking students. Till he let me know “oh yeah, because her daughter is in rodeo and she’s helping her with that and traveling.” That I made a comment saying “I’m sorry to say and not to sound rude here, but she doesn’t sound like a reliable person for this job. If her personal life is affecting it. Have you thought about hiring someone else?” But he was excusing her behavior and said “no no no, I’ve known her for years and I trust her completely. It’s not her fault her daughter is in rodeo.” 🙄

There’s a girl who’s in my class and it seems like A lot of guys would stares at her or try to get her attention so is that common if you’re attractive? Do these people get approached all the time and stuff?

So, I believe this to be pretty obvious, but I reconnected with someone I went to high school with. We live far away from eachother now, but I'm moving back to our hometown soon...
We text on and off all day everyday since reconnecting. Like 3 weeks ago...
Its gotten pretty flirty even steamy. (usually when one of us has been having a few drinks lol)
He's very difficult to read. Only really opens up after a few beers, but kind of seems like he acts way more interested then. I asked him once why he's difficult to get to know and he said he's just quiet. So it's an ongoing joke about him needing beers to open up.
Is that a red flag? We have chemistry but it rarely is noticeable when he isn't drinking. He's said it's kind of a shy thing but worries me. We both are adults and he certainly opens up when he's buzzed.

A lot of people have goals towards these things in life. The thing they do not realize is that they might not be ready or prepared for it. I want to know what others think it means to be ready. So many times people just want these things and never have the tools to hold a healthy relationship and learn to walk away from a partner in a healthy manner. When others think of marriage and kids they do not understand what comes with the responsibilities as well as the changes that are inevitable. Are you ready? Do you know what to expect? It’s become such a mess. Abortion is just the tip of the iceberg. Soon black, gay, disabled etc rights will be affected too.

My family wants FLY OUT to visit omfg that means I gotta entertain their asses and once they fly out here who knows when tf they're going home. It's one thing if they lived in the same city they drive over, visit then go home. But noooo they wanna fly

I have asked similar questions in the past and was amazed at how many parents, or future parents, especially males, said they would rather their kid did it at some seedy hotel in the bad part of town, at who knows who's house, or in the back seat of a car rather than in the safety of their home where they at least know they are OK and can have talks with them about safe sex and pregnancy prevention.

Do parents like this just not care about their kids, like 'go play in the street and leave me alone'?

Obviously, they don't want them doing it at all but this is not facing reality. They are going to do it if they want to.

The funny thing is, is she rarely attracts men her age. One guy 4-5 years older (a business owner). But most are older men even 10+ years older. And usually established men (as in good careers, business owners, etc.).

She dresses professionally - ankle-length dresses, dress pants & blouses, etc. - nothing ever revealing.

She acts professionally - mannerly, no swearing, speaks intelligently, etc. - she is well educated.

She is confident in herself - by this I don't mean she's bossy or arrogant, people absolutely love her & her personality is perfect for working with people suffering from mental health issues (her career).

Does she possibly intimidate men her age? Or is it men her age are more interested in women that are "easy"?

When it comes to dating, I'm really worried that this is the reason why I am so unlucky in love, because I'm not very active person nor interesting enough for the guys.

I feel like after work and duties and all that needs to be done, you don't really have enough free time for hobbies and even if you do, if you are a homebody like me then you're happy just to be in a nice cozy calm place, home.

What I like to do:
- Play videogames from time to time (mostly horror games, RPG when I was younger)
- I like watching movies, especially old good movies and horror flicks
- I love good music, I prefer old music (80s, new-wave and similar).
- I like to spend time with my very few closest friends but it's so much harder now that we are all adulting lol
- I like to shop fashion and little things but I am still considerate while I do so
- Sometimes I like to bake (sometimes because not always it is eatable)
- I like eating out but as I said, I do it only when I can really afford it
- I do like animals a lot, care after them
- I also like cars, no pro but I know a bit about them, I like driving and I can myself traveling somewhere far, treat myself and my closest ones

This is most of the stuff I do after I come home from work and once are all the household duties done.

I'm kind of a nerd but I never really wanted to date a nerd. Is that normal?

Are hobbies/interests like these strange or not good enough?
