Has anyone had a hydrolyzed keratin treatment? What is the difference between it and a regular keratin treatment, and what are the pros and cons?

I'm sort of toying with the idea, but I'm not 100% sure I want to lose my natural curls. A big reason why I don't like my hair straight is that it loses all of the volume and looks very flat, though I hear the hydrolyzed...

How important is neck length, shoulder width, body type (as in natural shape regardless of fitness level), etc. on a woman?

It's recently been brought to my attention that long necks are crucial to a woman's attractiveness, but unfortunately for me, I can only fit one hand's width between my chin and collarbone, so mine barely even qualifies...
