My hair is about 1 inch on top with the sides buzzed short (similar to the picture). Is this a good style or do you like longer hair?

Let's do the hair length swap. Or should I ask which gets more appeal? It would sound quite hypocritical of me to say I prefer girls with long hair when I have long hair myself. A lot of guys don't prefer girls with short hair. But i know and I don't care if girls prefer short hair on guys. So i'd like to know which is less likely to be rejected the opposite gender or the more acceptable one.
