Let's do the hair length swap. Or should I ask which gets more appeal? It would sound quite hypocritical of me to say I prefer girls with long hair when I have long hair myself. A lot of guys don't prefer girls with short hair. But i know and I don't care if girls prefer short hair on guys. So i'd like to know which is less likely to be rejected the opposite gender or the more acceptable one.

Ok, here’s how I’m pretty sure it goes:
Guys with long hair, no shirt and muscular build—they are the staple of romance novels, and occasionally show up in real life! They are not on the top of every girl’s list because she has to first find one man, and then, fight with others for his attention. LOL
Girls with short hair, dressed attractively (whatever that means to a guy) are easily found, and most have great personalities. Guys will be glad to have a short-hair girlfriend because she is normally smarter than average. Instantly, a guy knows he won’t have to earn a living if they hook up, he can live in her apartment and play video games while she is out working in a managerial position.

Men with long hair because appearance is not so important for men, whatever they do or however they keep their hair. If he looks healthy or good-looking the hair will not make much difference even if he is bold.
The woman should be very very beautiful to keep short hair and still look good.
u girls with short or shorter hair styles have never been any kind of issue or problem for me...
and the fact that I've pretty much always (since I started "dating") have had longer hair has never been a problem with girls, for me anyway

I think that some guys can look good with both, but hair matters SO MUCH on a guy. I know so many guys who are really good guys, but when their hair isn't good all of my girl friends will say that it's a deal breaker. So, when people make fun of a guy for caring a ton about their hair, I can understand why they put so much effort into it.
Women ALWAYS have better chances at finding a heterosexual mate. A bald woman with a lazy eye and elephantiasis and tourette’s syndrome has a better chance of finding a mate than the average looking man with an average vocabulary, a typical job and a common savings balance.

Long hair looks good on most people because both men and women like long hair on a partner, short hair very rarely looks good on women and men tend to not like short hair in partners.
I chose the long haired men because the females that do go for them usually stay with them for life, and more than likely have a great deal of intimacy between them because on both sides, long hair length has that way of signifying their potential energy in the boudoir almost like both sides being the story of Sampson from The Bible. I have longer hair than the guy in the voting poll by the way.
I think men with long hair. I’ve long hair, past my titties, and I did get a few girlfriends. No doubt a few other lasses and at least one lad liked me; I just didn’t really know for sure or had no idea. When my hair was just as long as that lass up there, less lasses liked me, I think.
