If someone leads you on and tells you they're ready for a relationship when they're not, that just means they're an immature man-child. Some of them will act like a relationship with exclusivity, holding hands, meeting families, trips together etc but don't want the label. And these are the same type of guys that when they fix whatever bs they had going on and are finally ready for a relationship try to come back, but you shouldn't let them. Find yourself a serious and mature man.

And just to be clear I'm not saying it's wrong to not be ready for commitment, just be honest from the start and don't lead anyone on.
