Let's say that there was a sport that is very famous and as popular as baseball or football, and everyone aspired to become a famous athlete, being drafted to a team for this sport.

But, some of the equipment is being made from animal parts, and this animal is extremely sacred to members of a particular religion. They couldn't play the game unless new equipment was fashioned, but the cost would triple, and the administration for this sport just doesn't want to deal with the hassle of trying to find new equipment, thus excluding members of this religion from playing the game.

Would you consider this a form of discrimination?

I’m a 17 yo female. I’m interested in guys that can meet up to these standards:

body wise:
-at least 10 cm taller than me, i am only 165 cm or 5’4 i think? And living in the netherlands makes this easy luckily.
-not fat/chubby/skinny. Anything else is fine.
-preferably broad shoulders.
-decent looking: decent face, takes care of his hair, his clothes and doesn’t dress like the typical guy or is open to trying new things fashion wise. He also has to be hygienic.

personality:
-humorous (basically anyone is funny so not that difficult either)
-NOT passive: should tell what’s on his mind and not be afraid to be physical: i. e. Kiss me, touch me whatever.
-needs to be mature in the sense of me being able to have a conversation with him that’s not just about a fucking soccer game, his ps4 and fifa, etc.
-intelligent to my level or above.
-loyal&honest (doesn’t seem like too much to ask)

that’s all i can think of. Now, can you tell me, are these high standards in your opinion?

also, most of these standards are met by males aged between 20-50. I am only interested in guys aged 18 of above, yet I feel as though they are not interested in me. Is there a way to attract these guys?

I know i’m not exactly a catch but i ain't trash either: i’m lean but still have a few curves on me, dress well, am mature, can be funny, sarcastic humour mostly though, i’m not really ugly: pretty decent. I have long brown hair that is inbetween curly and wavy, brown eyes, tannish skin, i am well mannered... my big issue is vulnerability, but that’s not important at first sight, so that can only be an issue if you actually know someone.

tomboys:

hardly wear any makeup or don't wear any at all

can watch sports, cartoons, sexual movies/tv shows and be 100% happy with it
love to play any kind of video game
would grow up playing with legos, video games, vehicles, etc
can go outside in "messy" (simple and comfy) clothes and be perfectly fine
could wear leggings, a comfy shirt, some converse, and their hair tied back for a whole day

girly girls:
love fashion
love to do makeup, nails, hair, etc
take quite some time to get ready
can be somewhat of a diva
picky about clothes and what to wear
not as adventerous
don't really care for getting their hands dirty
not as sporty
get overly excited when they see their best friend from yesterday
drool over the "hot guy" that walked by them or said hello to them
love gossip, drama, "girl talk", etc
quite iffy with doing something risky (sexual or not)
don't really like to take risks
"soft" (take things literally and harsh when not intended to)
would grow up playing with dolls, makeup, nail stuff, etc
not really into video games because they seem boyish
feel gross if they go outside wearing "messy" (simple and comfy) clothes
like to watch dramatic movies/tv shows, chick flicks, romantic things
would prefer to wear a shirt with a jacket of some sort, certain pair of shoes, with a certain pair of bottoms, with certain jewelry because comfy clothes sound like pajamas, etc
